Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Customers have no right of withdrawal, or the customer’s right of withdrawal may expire early, in the case of the following contracts:
Services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, delivery of food and beverages, and services provided in connection with leisure activities, where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance by the trader (Section 18 (1) no. 10 of the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG)). This means that, insofar as Bolch & Enge Events OG offers services in the area of leisure activities, in particular admission tickets for events, there is no right of withdrawal. Every order of admission tickets is therefore immediately binding and obliges you to accept and pay for the tickets ordered.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. Österreich / Austria) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
